About Me

I received my training at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy (BCMT) where I graduated with honors from the 1000-hr Massage Therapy program in June of 2006. In December 2008, I graduated, again with honors, from the Associates of Occupational Studies Degree program at BCMT. And in the spring of 2009, I received my certificate as an Orthopedic and Sports Massage Therapist.
Before becoming a massage therapist I received massage for stress reduction and after just a few sessions, I learned that regular massage would offer endless benefits to my life. For the last decade I have received massage regularly and for the last 6 years I have received treatments on a weekly basis. Simply put, the benefits have been life changing.
More specifically, stress is almost non-existent in my life. When it does creep up it feels manageable and is quick to go away. My immune system is impenetrable as I celebrate the increased health
and wellness benefits from my sessions. With the incorporation of massage in my training regime, I have successfully completed endurance athletic events, such as the Ironman. And through the sheer bliss that massage lends to my life, I sustain a positive outlook on my existence with ease and feel that I can handle any bump in life with grace.
I believe that massage is not a luxury but a necessity in the lives of all. I have seen first hand that massage can make a profound impact a person’s life. It certainly has changed mine.
